By downloading or using Balance, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Balance on your Apple devices. Use of this application is also subject to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the app. All intellectual property rights regarding the design, logos, and source code belong to Michel Santos (MS Labs).
Balance offers optional Premium subscriptions.
When available, a free trial (usually 7 days) is offered on the annual plan. To avoid being charged, cancel the trial at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Balance is provided “as is.” Balance is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or exercise routine. Use of the app’s information is at your own risk.
Your health data is your exclusive property. We do not sell or share your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on the use of anonymous analytics.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
